Our new gift boxes were created exclusively for us by the award winning Taylor Box Company located in Warren, RI. They've been crafting exquisite packaging since 1885!

Total crap!

I did not order 2 empty boxes!!! False advertising and I requested a refund but you refused to answer my emails! I ordered what was pictured and that was 2 lapel pins, why would anyone want to buy empty boxes? And right here in your advertisement you clearly state that NO boxes will be sold without ordering lapel pins!!! Now how do you explain that you sent me 2 empty boxes?????

The boxes are a special packaging option - hence the $2.50 price when all of our lapel pins start at $9.95 and the prodect name of 'Liberty Red Lapel Pin Gift Box'.

We did respond to your email and informed you that we would issue a refund if you sent the product back to us, which you have not done.

We are updating the product page to make this even more obvious than it already is.
